Terms and Conditions
                                                                                                                                                                                                      Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
1. Cancellations
 Access to the property must be available at the agreed time. Delays in providing access may reduce the time available to complete the service. If we are unable to gain access at the agreed time, cancellation charges may apply.

Running water and electricity must be available at the property for the duration of the service.

Where free parking is not available, any parking charges incurred during the service may be added to the final invoice.
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the size, condition, or requirements of the property differ significantly from the information supplied. Any additional services requested on the day of the appointment may be subject to extra charges.

While every care is taken when working in your property, Blue & White Pro Cleaning cannot be held responsible for: Pre-existing damage, Wear and tear Faulty fixtures or fittings Items unsuitable for cleaning. Customers must inform us of any delicate, damaged, or valuable items before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer.

8.Complaints & Satisfactions
Any concerns regarding the service provided should be reported within 24 hours of completion. We will review all concerns fairly and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to resolve them.
9.Health & Safety
Blue & White Pro Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if conditions at the property pose a health and safety risk to our team.
10.Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
While we use professional cleaning methods and products, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on the age of the stain, fabric type, previous treatments, and condition of the material. Drying times are estimates and may vary depending on ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
11.End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning service is designed to clean the property to a high professional standard. We cannot guarantee the return of a tenancy deposit, as this remains at the discretion of landlords, agents, and inventory clerks.
12.Agreement
